does anybody else apart from me find that the connection between the t68i and the mp3 player isn't very well designed? i mean, everytime i put them into my pocket while i'm listening to it, they seem to come off. it's really irritating and now everytime i want to listen to mp3 i end up holding them nice and till. it's really annoying. |

Same thing here with my t39+mp3 combination....
Clearly the biggest drawback of the handsfree...

Ps.I have heard though that loose conection is a major prob for all ericssson's acessories. |

I have heard from someone here a few months back of how to solve the problem of loose connection, so i tried and it worked TERRIFIC!! I would say 90% of the time in my pocket will not loose connection. I can prove by this
IT'S STRONG!
it's so tight that i can actually hold it by the HPM-10!
here's how it work, pardon me for the lousy pictures, cos they are taken by MCA-20 which is not suitable for closeup pics.
HPM-10(1)
HPM-10(1)
by using roughly the thickness of 2 pieces of name card, cut the shape of a rectangle, with another rectangular hole on it so that it can fit the 3 plugs, then stick it on. This can also be done on MCA-20 for tighter connection.
It would be good to clean the contacts of your phone and HPM-10 regularly. What I do is I use a little alcohol on the cotton bud, then rub lightly on the contacts, on the phone as well as on HPM-10. Another way I learned from the technician of SE Singapore is brushing the contacts with a toothbrush, it didn't worked well tough.
Hope my info is useful..CHEERS!

I just got my HPM-10 this morning. No problems with any connections! It fits to the bottom pretty tight, I can hold the phone and the player with just the player!

This is offtopic, but since you're all HPM-10 owners...does anyone know how to reformat the MMC card without using the PC software that came with the unit? I own a mac, and transfer the files directly from a PCMCIA adapter. |

Sorry don't know about macs, but in windows you just have to right click on the drive and select format! |

I'm in a Mac environment. Got stuck with the same problem some times back. Had to borrow my friend's Palm 505 to reformat the card...
Try looking for a PDA... |

You can also format the card on a Siemens SL45 mobilephone..
