Here is the SE details page for the HBH-60 and according to the frequently asked questions in there...

"Can my Bluetooth™ Headset talk to several other devices at the same time?

No, your Bluetooth™ Headset can only talk to one device at a time (a point-to-point communication)."

That last post referes to the headset talking to two devices at the same time...which i dont think is what you asked. as far as i am aware you can pair the hbh-60 with a few phones. just make sure that when you set the headset into pairing mode that that is what you do, dont reset it....read the book that came with it!

frozenwaffles, I see the distinction you are making but...

I also read the manual downloaded from that same page and it reads just like my HBH-30. Every time you want to pair with another device you have to press the call handling button for 10 seconds until the indicator light flashes red and green. This is a reset which means you will lose the previous pairing.

Also, it doesn't say anywhere in the manual that you can pair with more than one device.

My HBH-30 is paired with my R520m 2xT68i and my P800. I normaly have my P800 and 1x T68i on all the time and the HBH-30, when either of the phones ring it always works with either one.

I managed to pair the headset with different phones - but as far as I've seen it's not capable of "storing" this information - and needs to be paired with every device before usage...

If any1 have found - or finds a way round this - please post the solution

I have not found a solution but it just works. I have paired the HBH-30 with all these handsets, and have just had them all switched on and rang each one, all of them automaticaly went to the HBH-30 and none had to be re paired with it. I had the HBH-60 and this feature seemed to work with that as well, I only paired two T68i's and a T68m with it, but they all worked and none had to be re paired. Maybe you have a fault with yours.

Are you trying to pair them all at the same time or one at a time.

one at a time.

Once I confirm the pairing of the HBH-30 and say, my T610 I then go through the procedure and pair with my T68i.

As soon as I confirm the pairing for the T68i then I can only initiate a call from the headset with the T68i. I have tried switching the T68i off and leaving only the T610 on... and visa versa.

Also if I call either phone only the call to the T68i goes through to the headset.

I have downloaded the manual and read it and it doesnt say anything about the HB60 being able to pair with one or more than 1 headset. So I am suprised that some people have managed to do this.
Maybe thats the reason you cant pair with more than 1 device, the simple reason is that the HB60 isnt supposed to but some people have got away with it. I also phoned up Ericsson about this and they said the HB60 can only pair with 1 headset, if you want to pair with another you have to delete the first. The Nokia headset does allow pairing with many headsets and the manual confirms this.

The HBH-60 can be paired with multiple devices, but is only 'active' on one at a time. When switched on, it will first look for the first device with which it was paired. If it fails to find that, it will look for the most recent device it was paired with. Some functions (e.g. voicedial from headset, transfer call from phone to headset) will only work with the most recently paired device. This means that while it is theoretically possible to use multiple handsets with one device (though not simultaneously) you really need to re-pair with each device to gain full functionality.

To add to what has been mentioned, Ericsson hbh bt headsets could be controled by Ericsson bt enabled phones by going to Menu > Accesories > hbh. You can choose where the bt headset would be active in the several paired devices.

Only the Ericsson hbh bt headsets are capable of this as I've tried to access the menu with other bt devices but to no avail.
