You need the address of your POP and SMTP (Outgoing Mail) servers for Global (ask your email service provider Globe), along with your email address, login and password.
Pretty straightforward, follow the instruction booklet with your phone. Then, all you need is a dial-up that will let you connect to those POP and SMTP servers (should be easily available in CSD or GPRS form from your phone operator).

Can't do it in my T68i. I put pop.info.com.ph and smtp.smart .com.ph. Tama?
Maybe Infocom does not allow? |

Hi!
Sorry, I can't follow the discussion too well...how does this go again? I use a t68i on R2B025 with Globe postpaid. I want to be able to check and send email with 2 accounts (or at least 1 will do) the one with my ISP (netasia) and my MSN account. Am I allowed to do this? If so, how can it be done? Thanks everyone! |

How about if I'm using a prepaid ISP? Like Flash or Blast? Any configurations?

If you are using a prepaid internet service, again, what you need is the SMTP of Globe which is smtp.globenet.com.ph. As far as POP server is concerned, you must use the incoming POP server of the prepaid internet service provider.
Since I also use Blast Prepaid at times, I know that BLAST does not provide access to POP mail. I do not know about FLASH or the others.
Remember that SMTP is outgoing mail while POP is incoming mail. Set your POP server to the one provided by your ISP and use Globe's SMTP.
Hope this helps. |

@rwchick
You can go to http://wap.yahoo.com and you should be able to retrieve your Yahoo! mail there.
Cheers
