You could as well add the following...
*aim at what you want to have on the picture (...)
*don't drink and shoot (unless you want very very artistic pics)
*free up space once in a while
*clean your lens
Any more obvious advices to give?
Anyway, I noticed that the advice given in this post work very well on digital cameras too! I tested them all myself...

Mind you, it is also amazing how uncommon common sense is though!

Pictures taken with camera phones can actually be really good if you know what to do and not to do.
Tips from a company like Kodak ought to be taken seriously since those guys know what they are talking about.

Well actually the fact is that Kodak have already planned to phase out camera film altogether in the near future, and have already announced to cease production of their film camera division. With the First ever Kodak Wi-fi camera available in june and products like the 22 Mega-pixel sensor you can see that kodak has big plans for digital.

I'm no pro but i dare say they didnt mention any of the 3 most imp tips imho:
1) keep your hand steady
2) they should elaborate on "watch the light" like dont take pics with the sun shining directly on the lens and making sure the frame you plan to capture is illuminated by adequate ambient light and if required use flash/night-mode.
3) clean your lenses
The Most Important tip however would be....make sure you have a camera phone |
