7250-
no bluetooth
4,096 STN colour screen
WAP 1.2.1 (if not mistaken)
screen size smaller
No Phonebook Caller ID supported
5.1 MB built in Memory

T610-
BT
65k STN colour screen
WAP 2.0
larger screen size
2MB built in Memory

Anyone any idea what's the price difference like?
I know 7250 is selling for around USD 400-450
what about T610?

wow..haha...impossible for the T610 to incorporate symbian..
anyway if they do (symbian+a duo expansion slot), other models will have to go to the trash...even the P800 though

no symbian6 on the T610. the 7250 has a TFT screen not a STN. alsow the camera is better on a T610 not in size of pixels but better.

Nokia 7250 does not has 5 mb memory but 3.5 mb, it says so on the nokia website. They recently updated the statistics of the 7250 phone.

gseth, i had been playing around with my fren's 7250 this whole afternoon and had checked the internal memory of it, it states as 51xx kB in the phone itself, maybe 4MB being the dynamic memory while the 1.1 MB is being used up by the interface and applications itself

bart, let's put it this way, howard chui's site stated 65K TFT in his reviews while mobileburns stated 65K STN in theirs, both have evidence of having a unit to test prior to writting their reviews
so STN or TFT, let's wait for some other fellas who try the T610 hands on then only we'll see
as for me, i never had a T610 in my hands so it might be TFT, it might not

I think by the time the phone (T610) comes out SE would increase its memory to about 4 or 5 mb like the Nokia 7250. Actually there would be a disadvantage of the phone if it had only 2 mb memory where models like Nokia 7250 (having less features than the T610) have double the memory.

Ironic right?
Personally i dun think so, coz it will be out in almost a month's time, unless they are going to delay to release of it like the P800, which i HOPE NOT
Some fellas here are convincing pp that 2MB is more than enuff for its features, but let's face it, 5MB is better than 2MB

more memory is alwiz better!!! but again, 2mb may be sufficient for the t610....in any case, a personal review wud be preferable and there are currently no demo units available for such a user review.....not yet anyway.....

I wouldn't think that any memory or upgrades to TFT are going to happen....and I really hope that those changes do not happen. I think many of us will be able to remember back in AUgust when decided to incorporate a MS Duo slot...

more memory is good, but how much do you use? and the more memory you have stored the slower it goes. ok 2MB is not much but the T610 has got more functions then the 7250 and the softwear will be better, less bugs, faster updates,...
