I have a Motorola V3 which is boxed. Included is the phone, battery, back plate, charger, manual, handsfree kit, box, leather case.
The outer screen has a tiny 3mm scratch on it. Nothing major but wanted to mention. This can prob be removed unsing Displex scratch remover, though it never bothered me.

Yes I have the cd and im sure there is a USB cable also, not sure about the manual, but you can download this off the net or I can get one from work IF i cant find it.
