Hi.

I´m looking for a theme creator for nokia and samsung.

I'm not sure that Nokia's and Samsung's support themes in the way SonyEricsson phones do.

If a theme creator exists you'll most likely find it at the Support/Downloads sections of the Nokia and Samsung web-sites.
