My mate has just aqquired a 6630 but it is locked to the 3 network,if he gets it unlocked will he be able to use an O2 online payg sim in it?
Im only asking this as it is a 3g phone and im very unfamiliar with nokia's anyway,as i always use SE,thx,boyi

yes... my mate done it with his 3g version 6630 and he got it to work with t-mobile but in theory it should pick up o2 and the other networks.
once a nokia is unlocked it should be openlined to all networks! donw it with my other nokias.

Hey thx,just didnt want him spending his cash on unlocking it if it wasnt gonna work wiv the o2 sim i gave him.
Anyone else want to verify this,just to be sure
