first make sure it is 176x144 in size, otherwise, it will only play audio.
try this > 256kbit/s 25fps video and 128kbit/s audio
also try > 128kbit/s or 192kbit/s with 25fps video and mono sound, shoud cut down on size. but i don't know how much.

also i found out that if i slected "same quality: true", default is false...the video is much clear!!

settings i used then were:
video 192bit, 24fps, same qulity-true,
sound, 128bit, 44100, mono/stereo (tried both)
