Do you just assume incomming mail server would be mail.(domain).com? I have seen: in.domain.com and pop3.domain.com and the last one is the most used.

Well this doesn't work with WAP GPRS settings (Airtel) It requires WEB GPRS (as usual)
its better to use wap.mymail.ro but the problem is it, it works fine and fast when u send an email but it doesn't works that fast to show/get incoming emails which i tried already..

mvinodkuumarr, you don t really need a web-gprs connection and all these settings.
Did you know that you can acces any "pop3/imap" e-mail account through wap?:
using your wap-connection go to:
mail2web.com/pda
A sign-in window appears.
Just fill in your e-mail adress and your password. you ll access your e-mail account.
I find this pretty convenient:)

I m really sorry guys!..
I made a misstake:(
What i really meant to write was:
http://www.mail2web.com/pda
So again:
To access just any "pop3/imap" e-mail account using your wap-connection go to:
mail2web.com/pda
A sign-in window appears.
Just fill in your e-mail adress and your password. you ll access your e-mail account.
Should work now!

Esamon: Do you mind deleting one of your Twin Threads or requesting the Mods to!
BTW- That, what you just suggested is NOT exactly getting to check PoP3 mail. Its a fallacy, that giving ones id / pass to Third Party sites is safe n simple. Even 15 year old kids have been known to get into their servers..

thanks for your point of view but I don t recall claiming it was "checking pop3 mail". by reading you ll realize that I was just suggesting a convenient alternative for those who can t get the settings right. I most certainly didn t claim it was safe. Actually I don t think anything is absolutely" safe" on the internet.
