Java applications in the nokia 6230i

I recently downloaded a java application to my nokia 6230i. The application (webviewer) did not open and i got a message :error in http operation. I also have a 6230 that works fine. Can anyone help ? Please pm me if you know the reason and the solution. Thanks a million.
