V800 dosnt recognise the .dm files i created, as audio, please help me out!

I recently upgraded my contract and received the SE V800, after reading many of your forums on DRM packaging mp3's i found a copy of the SE DRM packager and protected the songs, however when i transferred the the files to my phone they didnt, and still wont work.

Guys any help would be great, please.

I remember the mentioning of firmware, where do i get it if i need it, and where do i check my current version?

You mention that the files that you use are .dm files? The files must be mp3 files with the drm encoding for the phone to recognise the file.
