P800 & bluetrek G2 - Comms frame error

i Have the Bluetrek G2 headset and have been happy with it but now when i try to do voice dialing it connects and then instead of the tone to prompt you for the name it displays "Comms frame error" and disconnects again.

Can anyone help?
