Ruff Ryders - What is the 3-wheel bike they ride?

Hi,

I am fan of the Ruff Ryders. Especially the Wink 1100 DVD.
In the Wink movie and also in a couple of their videos they are seen cruising around in a 3-wheel motorcycle based vehicle. It looks very similar to the Grinnall Scorpion 3.

Does anyone know what it is?
