i popped in my new sim and ive got free wap. i have 0p credit and im using the settings 02 just sent me. it all works good. it even said on the sim pack i needed to activate it first by putting a tenner on it. it all works though. i just thought id share the story

thats because o2 use the free proxy setting by default now.
i also got a few new o2 sims last month and they have free txt and mms aswell as gprs with 0p credit!
no idea why are o2 are doing this lol

ive had ma genie sim for long because its a windows phone the mms settings have to be change Via the registry
but yer i now have free gprs at speeds on average of 30kb/ s
and the free text and free mms

i tried sms. they dont send. maybe i have to put a tenner on first to activate it then i will get the txts no matter what my credit.

once you top up you can choose to receive free txt and mms allowances.
and you have to top up a tenner each month after that or your sim gets blocked.
but I havent topped up for about 6months an im still gettin my free allowances each month with my genie sim.. very weird...

I have a motorola Razr v3 (found this site off google)
and all I did was change the wap gateway ip to a proxy, and made 3 proxy ones, and 2 secure html ones.
will this alone give me free proxy? ( i think so b/c i noticed sometimes the data server isn't up, which is a proxy thing b/c I can go there on cingulars wap, but not my proxy)
I just want confirmation and to feel good about it, b/c i have to wait a month before I find out my bill

I just used the settings myself on my phone and i am getting free gprs, sms, and even mms so i an very happy :D guess what i'm posting this off lol
