OH MY GOD, the prices start at €24,000!!!
that's rediculas, i don't care how much gold is on the phone, or wether it sounds like an orchestra!!!! that's madness!!!!!!!!!!

I think i'll stick with my T68 thank you very much.!!!
Have you noticed that the don't even have a colour screen!!!!!!!!!

seriously, Nokia / Vertu!! get real, even if you can afford to spend this much money on a phone - no why would you!!!!! ahhhhhhh!!!!!! the madness!!!!!!!

O my god as well. I want one.

I can see me going into work and showing off with one of them

It was bad enough when I got my T68 everyone wanted a look. But that would be great!!!

I like the idea that it is upgradeable without having to change the whole phone. It would be cool if all manufacturers made the inside bits the same size, then you could plug them into whatever case you wanted - get the look of the best looking phone, with the features of the best on the market, or pay a premium to get a very limited edition or custom made phone, that only you will own, but with the features of say the T68!

It doesnt really matter what we think about the pricetag.
The VERTU's will sell. There's always buyers for these sort of things.

Mobilephones today are "wearables", which you can customize, and give a personal look.

Just think about a guy like e.g.Elton John
A lot of other celebrities would want one.
And e.g. people in the movie-industry, business-men and so on.

This is very true. They are. People are starting to look more at what phone you have and what you have done to it.

Which is good. I think

I have to admit that this luxury phone will sell maybe very small amount but it will.
However, the problem is not that it is really expensive; the problem is that it is not very nice looking. I can easilly say that it is really awful.

The chief-designer at VERTU, is actually the same guy that designed the 88 series from Nokia.

What people think about design, is pretty individual. We all look at things in different ways.

The VERTU reminds me a lot of Bang&Olufsen, the danish company.

I dont think the VERTU looks ugly,..its different from what we're used to. It looks expensive. And very "cold"/stream-lined.
And it doesnt look like anything else, which is basically the thing that the "rich people" wants, right

We are used to "soft-curves" with the T-68.
Its got personality, a kind of "face". A bit like e.g. cars. The T-68 looks special too, and thats what people like about it

Then again, we all have different opinions on design, and how it should look.

I'm usually very open-minded about new designs,..basically because I do designs too, I guess

Of course, there's a lot of design-gimmicks I dont like either.
