if they are the same price... i would say the k750 because it is newer... it has more firmware bugs though. i have the s710, and i love it. great cam, huge screen, very nice features.

But S700i has bigger screen than K750i (320x240 pixel, QVGA) and CCD cencor better than CMOS that use on K750i , but for the feature i suggest K750i :-D

Yeah K750i camera has bigger resoulution (1632x1224 pixel, 2MPAnd S700i only have 1,3MP) and i heard the photo quality is very good..! By the way is K750i use CCD cencor too?

i would say k750 coz it has 2mp cam while s700i has only 1.3mp
the bugs of k750i will be corrected tru software upgrade... of course sooner or later S.E. will release a better firmware

Just bought my K750i yesterday (Games n' Gadgets, SM Manila). A few days before, I had the same dilemma as you did, choosing between the K750i and the S700i. I visited a lot of websites reading reviews and personal opinions about both phones, and they all pointed towards the K750i. No regrets making my choice.

I prefer also K750. Software bugs will be fixed in newer release. You can update it online.

The latest FM R1J from SEUS cleared most of the bugs I had when I first bought the phone. The new batches of phone should come with the updated FM. Go get it.

S-700i have 2.9inches and k-750i 1.9ionches{i hope i am right}
S-700i's camra offers 8X ZOOM vs 4X of K-750i
K-750i is new
K-750i have better camra
K-750i comes with USB cable and 64MB memory stick against 32MB stick

S700i cannot support >128mb whereas k750i can upto 2GB...though MS duos are expensive,,,,SCANDISK media MG are available...
S700i cannot play videos in fullscreen, k750i can...
k750i has 2MP CMOS = 1.3MP CCD S700i...
more camera functions for k750i since SE introduced it as their BEST IMAGING device so far...
SIZE of course...
BUgs are more frequent in k750i but can be fixed by updating firmwares...
Message tones on k750i are PERSONALIZED...however...profile tones are limited to one (1) settings for ALL profiles...i.e, 1-ringtone,1 msg alert for all profiles...unless you change it from time to time...
battery in k750i is much3 realible...can play mp3 in 9 hrs...
playlists in k750i are more manageable...
need i say MORE?

perhaps the FEW bugs in k750i have been tamed...but of course...it might be sold around 30000 since a 512 MB MS DUO is VERRRRYYYYYY EXPENSIVE....

same dilemma here...
s700 has almost same features as the k700, with the exception of:
- 1.3 MP camera (with a CCD sensor)
- memory stick duo (up to 128Mb only)
- bigger, better screen (320x240, which i think is scratch-resistant)
- form factor (swivel-type)
i think the s700 is priced that way because:
- CCD sensors are more expensive to manufacture than CMOS sensors
- screen is built with a scratch-resistant material
- build quality is excellent (that's just my opinion)
however, i think the UI of the s700 is somewhat slow...
k750 is a newer phone, it has features like:
- 2.0 MP camera (with a CMOS sensor)
- memory stick duo PRO (up to 2GB)
- smaller screen (176x220, same as the k700i)
- small size
- FastPort connector (new connector for newer SE phones)
- features not found on the s700 (VideoDJ, camera autofocus)
i think k750 is a good buy, as it has more features than the s700. however, many people are now into buying the k750, which translates to it being a "common phone". if you want to be more unique, choose the s700.

Go with the K750 or also consider the just released W800, they are compact, have excellent cameras/MP3 players. The S700 is just too big!...

Hi Edridge, hope you enjoying the phone. Most of the things have been said already. Maybe my opinions are coloured, as I use S7. But yes, a picture taken with a CCD 1.3MP CAM viewed on its big screen looks better. Otherwise, rightly pointed out,S7 was a concept phone launched in Japan & for some reason, later in other parts.It was meant to marry CyberShot to Phone. K750 however has features like Video DJ, MSD Pro Support, Newer Sockets etc. now made STANDARD. I've checkd the W800 & K750 and liked them both

I was also torn between those 2 models (s700 and k750)...
S700 certainly looks hot compared to k750 but I chose k750 simply because of the memory limit the S700 has. Im planning to load up my k750 with 2gig card and make it my mp3 player
w800 has slightly better features than k750 but I don't like the design of the w800 and its a bit more expensive.

normally SMS (inbox and outbox) storage would be 100-messages. more than that the system will prompt you a message to delete unnecessary messages.
