Do I have the right to name and shame a seller on Esato who hasnt sent me an item after 14 days, nor will they contact or refund me my £200 for a certain PDA SE phone?
They know who they are and they have 1 more day to respond. I have already reversed the paypal payment...
He is renound for this on Esato I have found out...any guesses?

i think you should see if they respond within 24 hours
then name and shame so other people dont have to go through the same thing

the members themselves have setup, and use daily, an established mechanism for feedback both positive and negative.
its sad and dissapointing when a trade goes bad but when that happens the place to post the negative feedback is in the Esato Market: A-Z of Trusted Traders which is very well run and is all that is required for this purpose.
if we are going to do it this way then why should MikLSP bother with all the hard work he puts in keeping it up to date
I guess this thread was mostly to get that members attention and so it has served its purpose lets close this now and continue to use the feedback thread please
