only the authorized service points can change/upgrade your firmware for you. you cant do it yourself.
find the nearest service point in your place by visiting the SE website.

Available ba ang upgrade ng t68 to t68i sa mga globe telecenters? They cannot provision my phone to use MMS when i register sa wap. My sw version is R2e.

usually the upgrade costs about 500 pesos
an hour will do... bring to an authorized SE service center nearest you... pero if ur not experiencing any problems with ur phone, then leave it as it is... some new SW's have bugs in them "if it aint broke, why fix it?"

wala bang nag uupgrade sa mga malls lng? or masyadong delikado yun kapag sa kanila pinaupgrade? sa mga SE centers may guarantee ba yung phone if someting happened to it?
