This is the 2007 Ford Shelby GR1 concept car. If Ford decides to put it into production, potential buyers can expect to pay around $200,000 U.S. for it.
The entire exterior of the car is polished aluminum, and it has liquid cooled LED headlights.

but why "liquid cooled LED headlights" ? LED's don't loose energy by heat afaik

As far as i know the first pic in the second set is the same car....and the third pic in the second set of pics is the same car as the one in the first set...Is that confusing?
Anyway the first 2 pics in the second set of pics is the final production model which will be sold to the public...don't know if thats been photoshoped?

Any specs on the car?
Does it use the same supercharged V8 as the Ford GT?
With it's higher price will it be positioned above the 200mph GT?
I like it but I think I prefer the Superamerica and the Ford GT to this Shelby.

Actually your right ..it does look a lot like the Aston Martin..I think i would prefer the Shiny Silver version aswell.
