D600 and Sandisk Transflash card

D600 due to be launched in july, will only support sandisk transflash card. Currently transflash cards can support upto 560mb. I been told transflash cards are going to be the cards that most future phones will be provided with. However compared to SanDisk 256MB MS PRO Duo Card how good is the card? does anyone know? Any disadvantages or advantages between the two card formats? And anyone know if there will be a 1gb transflash card soon?
