Wallpapers are free from this site, you can download them by browsing the site on your phone, but to save some money (unless you have free GPRS), just save them to your pc by right-clicking all the wallpapers you want and then just beam them to your phone with eg. Bluetooth.

Why don't you use google image search and then resize the pics and transfer them to your phone. Thats a free of cost solution.
