problems syncing pc with usb cable to t68(i)

hi all,

i've installed the software and restarted the computer, but i can't seem to be able to get my PC to acknowledge the presence of my phone. do i have to turn something in the phone on before it'll work? i'm trying to 'download' images from the image editor to the phone.

hi all, i've tried the various solutions but i'm still unable to get the USB cable to work with my phone and my PC. any suggestions? it is a t68 converted to (i) specs and it is an ericsson original cable. i'm not looking to sync phonebook and organiser functions. i just want to download pix from PC to phone until i get my WAP up and running.
