You could email it to any of your web based services and then as Whizz says.. Set up an account with, say http://wappy.to . They allow certain file types to be added to onez personal wap site / pages

No struggle. Log in at wap sonyericsson.com and upload tones/pics/themes via email attachment. Download via wap whenever you like.
