Webpage wont load - Esato archive

Hi.

Basically my html/php forum I coded works perfectly for my k700i and k750i....every page...except

http://forumz.wuggawoo.co.uk/index/login

and I cant figure out why - as you can imagine that page not loading kinda screws up the ability to post from my phone.
