not sure how it is on a moto but the settings are as follows:
Proxy Settings
IP: 193.113.200.195 and port 8080
Username: payandgo
Password: password
Address: payandgo.o2.co.uk

O2 hv started charging 4 this free gprs its no longer free:-(
