have any one feel this bux fix in the lastr firmware: (FIX: Picture zooming bug fixed. Pictures larger than 1632 pixels wide and/or 1224 pixels tall can now be zoomed into).
i don't think that latest firm has fix it really, my phone now can zoom pictures smaler/= than 1632 wide and smaler/= than 1224 tall (not larger than)
right?

I wonder why SEUS II tells us the software is up to date when it checks the phone. I clicked coninue anyway and the phone updates without a problem.
Now I hope everything works the way it should ...

I live in Sweden, i got unbranded and unlocked orginal W800i which i bought here in Sweden .. i just updated my phone via SEUS .. i got the new F/W R1BC002 without any problems at all ..
I noticed better performance in joystic, the Memory Stick or Phone Memory left space now shown in MB instead of KB .. the Cam is faster now .. the volume in Speaker and headphone better .
I wounder why they didnt change the main topic here in the forum by telling the new F/W R1BC002 is even availble for W800i ... cause i was waiting that since last week ..
By the way, when you try to update your phone, it will tell you, You´ve got the latest firmeware, no needs for update, You should click on CONTINUE ANYWAY .. then just follow everything it tell you in right way ...
After that check out your F/W .. you will see its telling R1BC002 .. so dont worry about anything ..

I've done some bluetooth testing, and so far had no problems. Only side effect, MPE is now slower (8KBps compared to 40), but other programs are normal.
I sent images to my K700, and to my PC, no restarts as yet. Will have to check one of those photo machines today.

Well my w800i has been updated with the new R1BC002 and my bluetooth doesn't work properly. I can send 2 others but they can't find my phone when searching, plus when i try switch bluetooth off, the phone freezes up.

I tried sending a short mp4 video to a friends nokia and my K750 restarted and then froze, I had to take the battery out.
I can't honestly say if this a firmware bug or not as my K750 has had bt problems since the very first firmware

I just updated the f/w of my w800i to the new R1BC002. The update was smooth and I did it with SEUII (when prompted with "my firmware was up to date, no need for update, I pressed "continue" and it continued to update the firmware).
I think so far so good. Somebody reported problems with bluetooth and mine worked fine (after trying to transfer 1 file to and from the phone) so far. I tried turning it on and off and it worked, too. But I did notice that:
(i) the progress bar on the phone (during the transfer) doesn't move at all. I am sure the progress bar worked before the update.
(ii) there's no indication of how much has been transferred on the phone screen when transfer from the phone to the pc. it showed how much has been transferred when transfer from PC to phone.
I think it's trivial but I am concerned that I will discover more problems afterwards.
Oh, if only I knew the new f/w might mess up bluetooth, I wouldn't have touched the f/w. I don't have a card reader, I don't trust the supplied USB cable and my pc doesn't have IR port, bluetooth is my only way for file transfer. Hope there's nothing wrong with my bluetooth....

got mine updated flawlessly (APAC 1). for now, enjoying the quicker camera response though sound seems to be the same as well as the menu. i dont know, maybe im just used with the full blast volume of my mp3s (now, cant hear the difference...lol).
other than that, everything seems to be the same...hehe

Bluetooth also works fine with my Plantronics 640 handsfree headset.
So no problems so far with R1BC002 bluetooth.

Oh my god.
Just updated my k750i from R1A008 to the new one using SEUS, it worked PERFECTLY just before the 'upgrade' which went well, updated successfully, but now my up, down and left joystick buttons arent working, the on/off button isnt working, and the phone is going slower than before.

Hmm in that case it might be worth using davinci to check the color of her phone (ether Brown or Red).
BROWN = Developer.
RED = Mainstream consumer.
This might explain it. if she had a Brown phone she might not be able to update. this post explains it better than me

Hi, I tried updating my w800i (O2) on SEUSII all was going fine until during the software download the pc suddenly turned off and restarted. Lucky mt phone is ok but now when ever I try to use SEUSII after the language selection screen it just hangs there with the green progress bar.
I'm going to uninstall SEUSII and re intall it and will see if that works but I almost had a heart attack when the Pc shutdown.

The reason Why is because Orange have not released their version of R1BC Yet. Once they approve it and release it it will be on SEUSII. Just wait along with all the other orange and O2 users out there.

Nope - O2 is branded. Stuck on R1AA though I'm not sure I will bother with R1BC as I only have 7 weeks contract left then this sucker is going on Ebay.

Oh yes - thanks to all for the posts on the intermittent Navi-key. This happened to my K500 and K700 and I doubt is the software - I think it is SE quality.

I still think R1BC002 is the best so far - on face value. Although, there is one nasty feature that occured to me last night. Last night, when viewing and zooming in on a picture my phone locked up completely. i.e. All lights stayed on with hour glass hovering over the picture I was viewing - keypad totally locked up. I had to remove the battery. This happened once or twice to me with the previous R1AA008 Firmware. So I guess something that has not been addressed in the new firmware.
