Looking at the release dates for R1N035, we may need to wait for about 2-3 weeks more before the release the new firmware for W800.

Just be patient. The W800i firmware is due to be released in the near future. Do you really needs it that badly. My phone is running ok on R1AA008. (Which wasn't the case with R1NA005) I will upgrade when available and see if there are any improvements, but hey ... Chill out!

I finally got my K750i fixed by the SE service center (the one I told you guys about earlier that "died" after a mysterious partial SEUS update). That was the reason why the phone wasn't powering up and not responding to repeated attempts to try to update it. Anyway, it appears the phone's battery ran out during the update which caused the partial update and messed up the firmware - funny but I am 100% sure that the battery was fully charged prior to the update - - which leads to me wondering if the SEUS process takes up a lot of battery power - that's why it used up so much of my battery during the process??? Wierd!
Anyway, phone's back to normal with the updated firmware which the SE service people installed themselves. Too bad though coz I lost a lot of my data (good thing though I did a backup of my contacts a week ago so all I lost was a week of new contacts)!
Whew!!! What an ordeal!
No problems so far and the responsiveness of the phone has improved!

Just updated mine K750i and it went like smooth sailing. It took around one hour in total (i am not using DSL!) which includes the time in which some updates were also installed on my update service programme, by the way i am using the most updated one which is the d verison i guess.
All went without any issue not even any minor. For past 48 hours i was not able to even connect and now its done. SO the lesson is to just relax and it will work fine with the period of time.

the download on SE website is for the D version, but it is an old version upon starting it you were automaticly updated to the latest version 2.6.3.3,
Click on HELP and then About in SEUSII (you will see version number)
No matter which version of the installer you use for SEUS II it will always update you to the newest version before launching main application.

earlier it was even downloading the updates,it was giving the error that server cant be found,check proxy settings and port,now it didnt gave this error and went perfectly fine.i think the data downloaded was about 12MB.
having used this online update service several times,i think its just gr8! well done SE!

For people having problem, try the following:
1. uninstall the PC suite and download latest PC suite and install.
2. download USB driver and install (if PC suite cannot communicate with
phone)
3. connect phone to PC suite an ensure that PC suite can recognize phone
4. download and install latest update service software.
5. following instruction after starting the update service program
6. sometime, there may be contact problem at the USB connector and the
phone input connector. Try re-connecting..
7. Good luck and enjoy the improved firmware.

My phone has updated successfully yesterday on the first try (I'm on EUROPE_5). I had a couple of issues when transferring files from the phone to the pc via USB (the phone rebooted after a few files transferred), a master reset solved the problem.

Hi all!
for those that have already updated to the last firmware, did you notice if when playing some "full screen"games, there are tho small lines one at the top and other at the bottom of the screen, that aren't used and stay with the color or image of the phone backround? When I first bought the phone (FW R1L002), those lines used to change to black. After I updated the phone to R1N035, this bug started to annoy me. With R1AA008 this bug wasen't fixed... Does this new firmware fix this bug? The games where this situation appears more are from gameloft... but it happends with other games too... I'm sure that the version of the games I have are for K750 and they shoud be full screen!
Does anyone found a solution?

a bug still in this last version, when i try sometime to zoom a photo and the radio is powered, the phone freeze and after some minute reboot itself, i think cause the phone will have conflit to change the volume or zoom the photo.
it's not a big problem but i hope that next update will fix it

not quite stupid but i think you just want reassurance.
tho my site is in the Philippines, the latest version we have is Version 2.2.13.7d, which i used to update my K750's firmware to R1BC002. it worked without flaws.
have you tried uninstalling all your previous SEUS versions and start with a fresh one?
