@REO - Oh, and they just come in abundance here at the Semicon Shop pal. The front and back cover of the, say, T610 will cost around US$ 28.00 and almost the same with that of the S700i cover (front and batt cover only).

Posted by REO
That's expensive for a cover. I can get an off brand for U.S. $9.00

just want to post some pics taken with k750i (R1L)

@JN, sorry for the late respons, was out for a day.

the samsung model is the E340, comes in silver/black.
If the weather is good and you've got enough light, you can really take great pictures with the w800i.

Second picture is really nice.

(Sorry for the off-topic response)
@JN: I can totally agree with you, big up for Samsung! Lately they are doing great jobs! The designs are really beautiful and they work just fine. Just 2 mention a few: E880 as well as the E730 have a great design!! Not to forget the new Z500, being the smallest 3G phone at this moment. I use this one several times now, as i'm testing the 3G capabilities in my country. I must say, the quality of video calls are even better than those of the K600i.

Now, back to topics ... with a picture of the Z500, i took right now with my w800i. Indoors, on a cloudy, rainy day.

Posted by *Jojo*
@jesspadua - Nice bike. Is your exhaust pipe a Vance & Hines or a Kerker brand perhaps

@corbeau - Oh OK. I am really fascinated with Samsung fones lately, 'had an E700, and the feel is good specially it's size despite it's poor specs. I was about to get either an E720/D500 or an E800, unfortunately it was out-of-stock and settled for the K750i instead. I like the size and the 'sliding' features when opening up the menu functions. Thanks!

Taken still at the Semicon Shop. A accessory display cabinet.

@corbeau - Nice Z500 mate. It has a very striking resemblance with that of the E700 - color/shell and all, except for that camera lens on top The W800i produces images with high-resolutions, ya think it's better than that of the K750i's

At one of the premier celfone shops here in Manila. Celfones galore!

If you ask me, the picture's from Bondie's phone doesn't seem to be of a good quality ... :s

Posted by BONDIE_86
@JN - no it doesnt... it looks and feels better... you would have to see it in person to know exactly what it looks like

it looks fine... its no kids toy mate... unless your daft enough to let a kid play with it, lmoa

@Corbeau - they were taken in a hurry mate... im on about 4 sites at the mo... 2 forums... a chat thing and msn so i took them quickly... and some of my k750i in the pics taken with your w800i thread... i took four pics in about 90 seconds... ... thats why they look like my little cuzin taken them...

ill see if i can find a really good one i have taken with the k750i and post it up in a mo mate... i was just wanting to show the covers off really as my w800i one came thismorning, ive had my k750i case for a while now

@bondie - About that silicone cover on your W800i, have you experience how the feel is when it is placed in humid environment, say, outdoors for a long time When exposed in extreme 'hot' temp. don't you think those covers will eventually succumb to - melt

Posted by BONDIE_86
these are zoomed in to the max but only while taking the picture not afterwards so its 4x

this one is just normal zoom... i cant remember if it had any effects on though

this one is just normal again i think

this one is zoomed in at 4x like the first one

BONDIE_86

ps... @JN - no, they are made out of silicone mate... they wont melt

i think the case slightly spoils the look on the k750i with it being a white case but the w800i keeps its looks fine, staying smooth white, smooth says it all mate

Posted by *Jojo*
@bondie - Nice pics, but quite disarrayed a bit The sharpness is not there I guess. Why you focused much on the clouds/heavens Are you awaiting for a UFO to come out?

Posted by BONDIE_86
no... its just a nice natural picture... not one of a fast sports car or a bloke pulling a stupid face or anything... just a few nice pictures

Continuing the trend of the last 2 pages or so of "Post a poor picture taken with your K750i", here is my out of focus effort:

@etaab - I guess you've adjusted the White Balance settings to . . . . "cloudy" Nice pussy . . . . cat though !

Cold morning in Norway, autumn is here:

Nice colors:

Nice cat etaab

Posted by etaab
@ JN - the picture was taken through a transparent plastic sheet, thats why it looks slightly cloudy.

Its the only way to get a picture so close up without him wiping his mouth on you.

See the plastic sheet:

Posted by REO
@Klorin

On the first pic, at the distance is a sort of morning mist. Or was it just a hazy day? BTW nice pic....

Posted by *Jojo*
@etaab - OK, that clear up things to me now pal. I thought the settings was adjusted at that.

Max

Just took these two now

The clarity in those last macro shots is amazing. Someone please get me a K750.

I live in Jamaica. It is very expensive here. I think I have to resort to buying the K750 from O2 (since they are the only UNBRANDED provider I know and cause it's 30 pounds+ free headset!). I have family in the UK. I could maybe buy it and pay the 30 pounds/month (for a year or cancel sometime after and pay up the arrears) and have them ship it to me.

Is that a good idea guys? I need this phone pronto!!

Posted by samreen
Well! max they're already well shot. In such a photography when you're working on a single object try to focus on one part of it & let the rest of it get blurred then it'll look amazing & one more thing try different effects like sepia & black & white.

Posted by etaab
Tbh JAGUY85, you're better off with eBay. Try buying a phone from there from a reputable seller, who is willing to ship to Jamaica.

Heres some poor quality shots from today:

I wont bother posing the full size, it was going dark in the forrest, and night mode covered the shots in noise !

EDIT: hey, they dont look too bad when resized by Esato !

Posted by *Jojo*
@etaab - Yup, I agree it's a poor shot matey Why is it that Max99 can take good shots with those plants outdoors , I guess you can too in the - jungle, just make some adjustments in the settings pal.
