I got a problem with this Airtel Mumbai

i had orange
i loved the mobile office scheme of Airtel
so i switched to airtel
now i went to the retailer and bought airtel prepaid for 3030
now i sent the sms for mobile office recd settings but dosnt gets activated from last 6 days
i called up at customer care 1 guy says ur into some scheme which dosnt allows mobile office

1st scheme can be airtel card with mobile phone [X]
2nd scheme is of some nokia bunding scheme [not aware of it]

when i had a talk with customer care he asked me when u check ur balance do u see sms ac also?
i said yes i do then he said yes sir ur into some scheme

i again called up dat guy said u can also see sms ac when u recharge with 3030

fine i agree with the second guy i have recharged with 3030rupees den y not itz gettin activated?

m into big trouble those who have airtel please help me out

Hi mate.I think you need billing connection in order to use mobile office.After converting to billing,you wont have any problem,i am also using this plan.It's really nice

Correct...in mumbai circle Airtel does not offer mob office on prepaid connections...orange does but its a ripoff...you need to convert to postpaid for mo to work..cheers

It charges 199rs./month.This is the better option than orange
