I have been trying to find out sites that allow free streaming , but got highly unsuccessfull...please name some sites which gives free spreaming also is there anything to change in settings for streaming?

At certain times they stream live info on practice and qualifying and they also stream info during a race... there's one on this weekend.
Obviously it works with a pc, I dunno about mobile phone. I don't have 3G
They don't stream video, only lap times and comments
