monk fish is fantastic, so meaty and no bones so its easy to eat (fish bones do annoy me!)

Round here, a fish cake is when the fish fillet is mixed with mashed potato and herbs, coated in breadcrumbs and fried.
But you can get fish burgers, too. They are pure fillet of fish formed into a burger shape, coated in batter and fried.
