Decided to rent private Kerry and have seen a nice house which is within walking distance of work. Want to try to get as much sorted as possible for when the baby arrives.
We are on the council list but they have now said that when the baby's born. They will move Donna and the baby into a hostel until a house comes available.
Dont want that happening so decided to rent private.

Had a look through rightmove a few days ago. Places in Newcastle Under Lyme are around £400pcm upwards.
Theres some flats/apartments around here that go for £700+pcm
The house I've seen is with BJB. Tis a 3 bedroom end terrice and is £395pcm. Same as I was paying before
Tis only a few mins away from work for both of us as well so would save on petrol/running costs etc
