yeah 2 days I know! muppets the lot of 'em! I picked it up on Jan 4th and this is it's 2nd visit to the garage and it's barely done 1300 miles in it!

I was forced to apply for a job by the jobcentre in a sandwich factory once, had to make the effort or they would cut my benefits, so i filled it out properly but in the section "why do you want to come and work for us" I wrote "I just love sandwiches" - worked a treat! Perfect. So if u need any advice filling in forms for jobs you don't want, i'm yer man.

I know it's slightly old fashioned Reg, but did you "run it in", My astra has only done 3000 miles in its 9 months of life, i always give my new motors a very easy time of it in the first 600 miles or so.

that's ever so old fashioned indeed but as you mention it I did.... very easy first 1300 miles in all honesty.. first test is in 3 weekends time when I scoot to liverpool in it..
