I bought an ipod via internet in september, and a few weeks back the HDD started playing up. So i made an order for my ipod to be picked up, repaired and sent back to me under garantee (all free of charge).
I ordered the repair on the 20april, recived an empty box/packaging on the 25april, i called for them to pick it up on the 26, they came to my work place to pick it up on the 27 and i got it back today!!
In my ipod back to me in 10 working days.
But the best is still to come, instead of fixing my old one, they have sent me a brand new one!!! Which as everyone thats got a ipod know is great, because the crome back gets scratched easily, and my was scratched to f*ck!

I've heard from others that Apple routinely replace scratched back covers on any iPods sent in for repair! Nice of 'em!

Too badd when i first got my ipods they werent popular.
I brought it via net as they didnt sell it in shops and they never emailed me back when i told them my hhd played up. Spent £400.00 on a 15gb 3rd generation. Wasnt happy with apple then and sure in hell aint happy now. Esp knowing other people get good service.

I'd agree with the above post . I've never had good experience with apple, but that might just be my bad luck, right?
