You can get them from SE's website under "Fun and Downloads". You have to register first

@all respondents: Many thanks, I just registered myself (anew) on the
website (online) and manage to download the ringtones I wanted (Ring, Ring, Ring and You Have A Call). I am planning to download some more FREE stuffs too!
