Looking for win smartshell

i've tried mpx220 before but the cam really sucks. i just want to know what other mobile phones out there that fit this category. preferably win2003mobile SE. also, to other mpx220 owners out there, is the cam problem local, or is that really a major problem ALL mpx220 face?
