I've been a very long NOKIA user before i shifted to a K700i (HK version) around 3 weeks ago and have since then been searching for certain NOKIA functions not available in K700i. Below are some of these functions:

1. Multi-search function in phonebook - this is available in K700i European version but not in HK version. Will it be alright to upgrade my phone with European version without affecting existing functionalities available?

2. Insert Name or Number not available in Write/Edit text. This is useful when responding to text message requesting for phone numbers found in my phonebook. Any upgrades available to have this function?

For now, these are the basic functions i needed and have discovered lacking in K700i. Hope i can get some answers to these queries.

1.yes 2.no. However you can send the number as a business card.

What firmware version does your phone have?
