My phone has recenty started jamming up on me so I need to quickly change it with a phone which has expandable memory & radio & bluetooth. Any suggestions (apart from 6230) will be appreciated.

im not sure if the Sendo X has radio (i think so but im not sure), anyways that phone is excellent.

also the 6230

i assume you're referring to fm radio?if you can live with 'streamed internet radio'...better get a ngage(very cheap and cheerful)...u can install the 'virtual radio' app with approx 20 individual channels.or perhaps get a p9** and utilise the somewhat mundane 'sydus virgin' app.p900's and ngages are dirt cheap nowadays...make ur move.

He said other than the 6230..

I'd say the old N-gage, which you can get on ebay now for about £30.

The N-gage QD doesnt have a radio though.

oops my bad. sorry

@dude_se I wouldv'e considered 6600, but I like to listen to some new music on the radio when I'm bored of my mp3's.

@whizkidd & etaab; the old ngage, hmm... never thought of that. Too bad Ive not seen them in the shops for ages.

@blayv It doesn't matter how cheap, just want a good price for it's features like the 3230 or maybe 6260

so who knows if the sendo x has (fm) radio? Oh & @k700nut how good is the virtual radio?

The old ngage is your best bet. Although i suggest you get a second hand p800.

The old Ngage isn't on sale now. The QD replaced it. You'll get them really cheap second hand.

virtual radio must cost a bundle in gprs rates

@davo Thats what i was thinking. So I guess my options are 6260, 3230, and possibly the sendo x(if it has radio). I dont think I'll be able to get an ngage, & sidetalking isnt my style

Dont go for 6260, its got bad keypad egronomics,

Why dont you get a sony fm head phones any Cell phone you like. Hee;-).cheers.

@nitesh lol actually a good idea! never thought of that.

@govigov I think if i get the 6260 I'd just be using it in browsemode with the headset attached, so the ergonomics are not that bad for me.

well 3230 is evev worse in that aspect

So..what have you decided on?

Posted by govigov
On the 6260, the function keys are on the top half, while num keys are in the bottom half. That is why it is bad.

its also bad because the keys on that phone are too loose (you cant click them in properly) so it makes them hard to press. ...and damaging that phone is too easy...my mate dropped it once and it was finished...he only had it 1 week lol.

hmm, a phone with radio, bt and mem card? ...I would say get a P~series, with a radio adapter but if you want radio built in, 6230 is what u need. or you could wait for k750 or something.

Well according to my results of the "phonefinder" on phonescoop, the only phones that can suite me are; 6230 & 6230i, 3230, SX1, S700, & 6260.

Now I'm really confused, cause I'd like to have a minimum of 512mbs in it & fullscreen playback, so that rules out the s700, I'd like a solid phone that would last long, & from what I've heard, that would rule out 6260 too.

I think I can live with 3230's keys so that or I just wait & get the t630. whatd'u guys think?
