How long do you guys think you should wait to post a negative rating on a seller for non-arrival of goods such as mobiles we buy on via Esato? For example if there was no goods after 10 days and no communications/replies to PMs since the seller said the item had been posted?

Sounds quite fair to give a -ve ref. to me
If it was coming it would be there a long time ago no matter from where in the world.

I would actually extend that to 15 working days.. i know it has taken that long for me in the past both to receive stuff and for things i have sent to arrive.. Afterwards there has always been a legit explanation in my case anyway..

He should still offer good communication though and should also be able to give you a tracking number for the package so then you know exactly whether it is still on the way, if it has even been sent!

How about no communication since 2005-03-28 saying the phone will be posted tomorrow and I should get it Wednesday? No tracking number, no replies to any PM (5 sent so far approx) and it looks like he hasn't been on the site since 29th March...?

Doesn't sound good if u ask me I'm sorry to say.
If u add a -ve reference & later change your mind just PM me & I'll remove it again
How much have u paid by the way.
Also have u no other details for the guy?
