K700 auto reboot - Esato archive

Please help. My phone k700 har gotten into the habit of auto rebooting. Just now, i was about to 'send a contact' to a friend using text message and when i selected 'advance' it rebooted. The other incidents is when i access the internet and randomly when i'm performing boy operation. My fw is R2L001.

This is a very common bug in r2l. However r2ae has solved the rebootin issue.

You might be knowing that there are two kinds of master resets. Do the soft reset first so that you wont lose any data stored . Make sure you backup the phone in case you're doing a full reset. Good luck. Hope this solves it.

Just tn pick up on the s2ae issue, is this the latest fw? Would i need to upgrade? By the way, i my phone is only 4 months old, i mean it wap bought 4 months back.
