How can I convert emy melodies to imy melodies

If I sent a imy melody to PC (infrared) and I edit the file with notepad
file safe as test.imy
en sent it back to phone the phone can not play the melody.
well if a sent the melody back whiteout editing with notepad.
what s wrong ??
