Internet with a Tungsten and T610 on T-Mobile USA

I used to do this a while back but lost all the settings and the browser I was using.

I'd like to connect my Tungsten PDA to internet using my T610 and infrared or maybe bluetooth when I get the card.

Can anyone tell me the settings and software I need?
