k700i bluetooth

Hi when using my k700i bluetooth it wont recognise my pc or other devices. In addition to this my pc and other bluetooth devices will not see my k700i. was working fine until a couple of days ago.

firmware is: R2A041
update: started working again when i reset my phone, then went off again after 1 day.
