accessing orange gprs on my laptop?

hi all....i'm after difficulty setting up an orange gprs connection on my laptop. i've tried 2 things -

1 - downloading the settings from the orange website, which create a dial-up connection for you
2 - enetring them manually

neither seem to work.

could someone be good enough to publish a 'step by step' guide here?
