Er....gents,
I'm not liking this trend towards the continued mentioning of masseur's departure as though somehow Esato is going to ruin. I think it's pretty disrespectful to the other moderators, especially Tranquil (who is clearly working overtime) to suggest that they can't do their job properly.
Apart from anything else.... we should be able to self-moderate when necessary.

A very good point. People seem to forget that Esato existed before masseur. As much as masseur did sterling work, I think there is some sort of 'Cult of masseur' developing here. It's a shame that he has 'retired' so to speak, but can we please stop behaving as if masseur is dead and as if Esato is somehow going to pot.

I don't have any administrative powers. The only administrator is laffen, who owns Esato. The moderators are GOwin, arnoldc, Cytech and tranquil.

I think you've got the wrong idea, mate. We're not against you. In fact, some of us are trying to stem the tide of intolerance towards new members. One thing I would suggest, though, would be to be a little bit more selective about what you post, or else Tranquil is going to be even busier
But, welcome to Esato. I hope you enjoy it and find it as useful a resource as I have.

Ash, when you gain experience and respect after months, you can be a moderator for sure! And do keep in mind that being a moderator doesn't make you any god like, you would have to be much more responsibble and matured as a person if you like to be a moderator.
