nope i dont think you can just rename the file. search on google for 3gp-mp4.

Renaming file extension wont work. You need to have an audio format conversion app. Check out xilisoft

hmmm, on my K700i, when i got a mp4 file, i just renamed it to 3gp and put it on my phone and it played fine...
weird...
