i wondered when a thread about this would appear its taken longer than i thought.
until we know the prices its hard to compare as i feel you need both features and price for a fair comparison.
personally i would take the k750 as it has a larger screen and i m getting on a bit and the eyes aint what they use to be

Ok. Back to topic. I think the K750 will tear the 6230i to bits. The only thing better than the K750 in that is the smaller but slightly higher resolution screen.

anyway 6230i is a great phone and i bet it's going to sell like hotcakes considering it's q1 release....
though i would still take k750i because it just seems a little newer, heck i like the 6230 design but....

That was my first thought already when the 6230 was launched and i picked T630 over it.
I canīt deny it has seriously good specs, but it is utterly un-inspiring IMO.

K750 have a 262K screen...2megapixel camera with auto focus.
I just wonder why should we compare K750 with a mid range phone like 6230i.
There's no advantage for 6230i as it is meant to be mid range phone for nokia...not a high end phone....while K750 is now the top range phone from SE.
compare to 6680 (Nokia 3G phone with no video conf function) sounds better.

It's uncomparable... K750i is obviously better than 6230i... so please stop this thread cuz 6230i (remember that it is the same four numbers added with "i" as Nokia did previously) is an old fashioned crappy upgrade design and it looks so so so ugly IMO.

1. Speed of txt input
2. Camera sound has to be disabled, I always have totally silent phone
3. Birthdays on organiser
4. Java using gprs

Why don't we just compare K700 with 6230i
yes K700 lost in expandable memory....and colour screen of only 65k but then its camera might be comparable even K700 only have 0.3megapixel...plus the resolution.....look at 6230i screen
Coz there's been a few review saying the expanded format in K700 is not bad as well.....at least K700 have light assist but 6230i didn't
Not sure 6230i support panaromic picture...
I think this is a more logical comparison
BTW we always used to heard a lot of Ericsson user complain " WHY THE SCREEN OF THE PHONE SO SMALL"
I just wonder any NOKIA user complain the same to all their mobile (except the smartphone)....all of them are using small screen and lower resolution

I have a K700i and believe me, not only is texting as fast as the fastest Nokia out there, the T9-related functions are also much more sophisticated and user-friendly than Nokia's. Wrong budy.....................206x206 VS 176x220
Oke 206 has 30 more pixels and 220 has 14 more pixels and have more color reproduction.
So in fact the 16 more pixels is not BIG differend and cannot beats the 176x220 256K screens agains cheap 206x206 65K screens from Nokia.
And SE screens is always quality.
