P900 Syn software with outlook

Hi,

Any one know during Syn operation of contact in P900 to outlook, what is the matching field field of
P900 "folder" like personel, business-->Outlook, contact which "field"?
private, check mark-->outlook contact ?

because during syn, the data in this two fields were lost. I assume the "folder" like "business", "personal" or "unfield" in P900-contact should match with "Categories" in outlook-contact. And Private should match with Private
