Hmmm.... If its still in warranty take it to SE. But then, i would suggest the same even if it wasn't under warranty!

Do the keyboard service Test a couple of times and it will work ok.

cant i just take of the front cover and remove the joy stick, blow away the dust and crap and put it back together?? somebody wanna give me a guide?

Just had mine fixed (K700i) the actual
Service Centre couldn't fix it so it had to be sent off for 2 weeks.
You can try to dismantle but I would leave it to
myself
